At SaunaKits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home wellness investment. If your sauna kit or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all components, including heaters, wood panels, and hardware, are placed back in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to the crate or box and schedule a freight pickup for large kits or drop off smaller accessory parcels at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
